We are pleased to offer free standard express shipping on all Dotix Key orders worldwide. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment verification.
You will receive a carrier tracking number via email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Dotix Key, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be in good cosmetic condition with its original packaging, cables, and accessories.
To initiate a return or replacement under our 1-year warranty, simply email us at support@dotixkey.com with your Order ID and photo/video of the issue. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and pre-paid return label options where applicable.
Once your returned unit is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original PayPal account or credit card within 3-5 business days.
